People

People is your directory for everyone on the platform — applicants, owners, and users. Use it to find a person or a record and open it.

What the directory holds

The screen groups people into tiles. Select a tile to open its list.

Applicants — everyone applying for a home:

• Questionnaires — submitted pre-qualification questionnaires.
• Submitted Applications — completed applications.
• Guest Card Applications — guest card entries.
• Withdrawn Applications — applications that were pulled.

Owners — the property owners you serve. See Owners.

Users — the people with a login on the platform. See Users.
