About the Tenant Site
The Tenant Site is the public website where people find a home and start applying. It is the front door to LeaseOps for anyone who does not yet have an account.

Who uses it
Prospective applicants — the public. They arrive from a property link, a search, or an owner's advert. They do not need to log in to browse.
What they can do
- View a property listing. Each listing shows the property's photos, amenities, units, and neighborhood. This content comes from the owner. See how owners build it in Adding a Property.
- Start an application. The listing's call-to-action opens the pre-qualification questionnaire for that property.
How it hands off
When someone starts an application, they move into the Renter Portal to finish. From there they pre-qualify, apply, and track progress.
- Marketplace — the same properties, inside the portal.
- The Questionnaire — the pre-qualification step.
So the Tenant Site brings people in, and the Renter Portal carries them through.
