What the page shows
- Status and score — the applicant's current status and their score. The score comes from your questionnaire scoring rules.
- Application activity — a timeline of events. It reads "No activity yet" until the first event. Events appear when the application is submitted, scored, or actioned.
- Unit — the unit the applicant applied for.
Review the documents
Open each document from the Documents area:
- View questionnaire results — the applicant's answers and score.
- View application — the full application.
- Download credit report — the applicant's credit report.
Add internal notes
Use internal notes to record your team's thoughts. Notes stay private to your team. The applicant does not see them.
You can also Reassign reviewer to pass the applicant to another team member.
Accept or decline
When you decide, use one of these actions.
- Accept — approve the applicant.
- Decline — reject the applicant. Type a Reason when you decline.
- Undecline — reverse a decline, if you change your mind.
Your choice updates the applicant's status and adds an event to the activity timeline.
