Properties
The Properties screen lists every property in your portfolio. Its title reads "Properties in [your portfolio]."
Each property inherits the portfolio's tenant-intake settings, unless you customize it.

Read the table
The table has four columns.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Property | The property name and its address |
| Status | Whether the property is active |
| Inheritance | Chips for each setting the property inherits or customizes |
| (last) | The Open button |
The inheritance chips tell you the state of each setting:
- Inherits: [setting] — the property follows the portfolio.
- customized: [setting] — the property uses its own value.
If the portfolio has no properties, the table shows "No properties yet in this portfolio."
Open a property
- Find the property row.
- Select Open.
You then see the property's own settings: units, address, and leases. You also customize any inherited setting from there.
