The Properties screen listsSee every property in your portfolio. Its title reads "Propertiesportfolio in [one list, and tell at a glance which ones follow your portfolio]."

Read the tableroster

Each row is one property. The tablecolumns hastell fouryou columns.its state.

Column WhatTells it showsyou
Property The property name and its address
Status Whether the property is active
Inheritance ChipsWhich for each settingsettings the property inheritsinherits, orand customizes
which it (last) The Open buttoncustomized

The inheritance chips tell youare the statequick of each setting:read:

  • Inherits: [setting]Inherits — the property follows the portfolio.portfolio for that setting.
  • customized: [setting]customized — the property usesset its own value.value, so portfolio changes no longer reach it.

If the portfolio has no properties,properties yet, the tablelist showsreads "No properties yet in this portfolio."

Open a property to change it

  1. Find the property row.property.
  2. Select Open.
