Preferences

Preferences holds the settings for one property. Each setting starts by inheriting from your portfolio. You can keep the shared value, or customize it for this property.

How to edit a setting

The settings sit in tiles, grouped into four sections. Select a tile to open its editor. Make your change, then save it in the editor.

Inheritance badges

A tile shows a badge when it follows the portfolio:

  • Inherited from portfolio settings — this property uses the shared value.

Change the setting to give this property its own value. To learn how inheritance works, see Portfolio Overview.

Locked tiles

Some listing tiles lock until you finish onboarding. A locked tile shows a lock icon and reads "Finish onboarding before editing this section here."

Open the On-Board Property tile to finish onboarding. See Adding a Property.
