Messages iskeeps all your inbox.conversations Youin talkone place. Talk with your LeaseOps team, admins, and applicants here.without leaving the portal. Each conversation is a thread.

Find athe right conversation

Your threads sit in a list on the left.left, Thegrouped listso groupsthe them:important ones surface first:

• Unread — threads with new replies waiting for you.
• This week — recent threadsthreads.
• Open threads — youreverything otherelse openstill threadsopen.

ToLooking findfor one thread,thread? type in the Search conversations field. You can search by name, unit, or message text.

IfA youbrand-new have no threads yet, the listinbox reads "No conversations yet."

Start a new messageconversation

1. Select New message.
2. In Recipient, search by name or email. You can messagereach an admin, an owner, or an applicant.
3. Choose the Property the message is about.about, so the thread has context.
4. Type your note inand Message.

Sendsend it.

ReadReply and replyshare files

1. SelectOpen a thread to open it.

Read the messages.thread. Type your reply in the box at the bottom. To addsend a file, select Attach file. Select Send.

AAn newempty thread with no messages reads "No messages yet. Start the conversation."
