Messages

Messages is your inbox. You talk with your LeaseOps team, admins, and applicants here. Each conversation is a thread.

Find a conversation

Your threads sit in a list on the left. The list groups them:

• Unread — threads with new replies
• This week — recent threads
• Open threads — your other open threads

To find one thread, type in the Search conversations field. You can search by name, unit, or message text.

If you have no threads yet, the list reads "No conversations yet."

Start a new message

1. Select New message.
2. In Recipient, search by name or email. You can message an admin, an owner, or an applicant.
3. Choose the Property the message is about.
4. Type your note in Message.
5. Send it.

Read and reply

1. Select a thread to open it.
2. Read the messages.
3. Type your reply in the box at the bottom.
4. To add a file, select Attach file.
5. Select Send.

A new thread with no messages reads "No messages yet. Start the conversation."
