Dashboard
The Dashboard is your home screen in the Owner Portal. It shows your property at a glance: your LeaseOps team, your application trend, and your unit numbers.
You read the Dashboard. You do not edit it here.

Your LeaseOps Team
The left card lists the LeaseOps people who support your portfolio.
For each person you see:
- Their role
- Their name
- Their email
- Their phone
Select Message to open a chat with that person. A red badge shows unread replies.
If no one is assigned yet, you see "No team members assigned yet."
Applications Over Time
The right card shows a line chart. It plots your applications by month, as a share of your total. The header shows your total number of applications.
Use this chart to see if applications are rising or falling.
Your numbers
Five cards show the totals for your portfolio.

| Total Units | All units across your properties |
| Available Units | Units marked available now |
| Unit Types | Your unit types (floor plans) |
| Unit Type Images | Photos added to your unit types |
| Property Images | Photos added to your properties |
Empty cards show 0. The numbers rise as you add units, unit types, and photos.
