LeaseOpsYou hashave two dashboards:dashboards. Each answers a different question.

  • The Portfolio Dashboard coversanswers every"How propertyis inmy yourwhole portfolio.portfolio doing, and what needs me?"
  • The Property Dashboard coversanswers "How is this one property.property doing?"

Portfolio Dashboard

This screen reads "Your property portfolio at a glance." Its subtitle is "Overviewyour acrossstarting point each day. It pulls every property ininto thisone portfolio."view, so you can spot what needs you and track how the whole portfolio is doing.

Act on what needs you

Two panels sort your work, so you know what to do and what to leave.

    Needs your action

    This panel lists approvals and change requests from across everyyour property.properties. A badge showscounts howthem. many items need you.

    For each itemitem, youOpen can:

      Awaiting LeaseOps response

      This panel lists items you submittedalready that aresent, now in review. Nothing is needed from you. LeaseOps tells you when there is a decision.

      Reach your team

      Your LeaseOps Team lists your LeaseOps contacts, each with their role and details. Message any of them from here.

      Watch the application trend

      The left card lists the LeaseOps people who support your portfolio. Each shows their role, name, email, and phone. Select Message to chat with one.

      Applications Over Time

      The right card shows awhether lineinterest chart.in this property is rising or falling. It plots thisthe property's applications month by month,month.
