Needs your action
This panel lists approvals and change requests across every property. A badge shows how many items need you.
For each item you can:
Awaiting LeaseOps response
This panel lists items you submitted that are now in review. Nothing is needed from you. LeaseOps tells you when there is a decision.

Six cards show your portfolio totals.
Property Dashboard
This screen reads "Your property at a glance." Its subtitle is "LeaseOps team, application trends, and unit-level stats." It covers the one property you opened.

The left card lists the LeaseOps people who support your portfolio.
ForEach eachshows persontheir yourole, see:
Select Message to open a chat with that person. A red badge shows unread replies.one.
If no one is assigned yet, you see "No team members assigned yet."
Applications Over Time
The right card shows a line chart. It plots yourthis property's applications by month, as a share of yourthe total. The header shows yourthe total number of applications.count.
Use this chart to see if applications are rising or falling.
Your numbers
Five cards show thethis totalsproperty's for your portfolio.totals.
