Dashboards
LeaseOps has two dashboards:
- The Portfolio Dashboard covers every property in your portfolio.
- The Property Dashboard covers one property.
You open each from the sidebar.

Portfolio Dashboard
This screen reads "Your property portfolio at a glance." Its subtitle is "Overview across every property in this portfolio."

Needs your action
This panel lists approvals and change requests across every property. A badge shows how many items need you.
For each item you can:
- Discard — remove the item.
- Open — go to the item to act on it.
- Got it — acknowledge the item.
Awaiting LeaseOps response
This panel lists items you submitted that are now in review. Nothing is needed from you. LeaseOps tells you when there is a decision.
Your teams
- Your LeaseOps Team — the LeaseOps people who support you. Select Message to chat with one.
- Your Internal Team — your own staff. Before you add anyone, it reads "No internal team members have been added yet."
01 / Overview
Six cards show your portfolio totals.

| Applications (lifetime) | All applications, all time |

Property Dashboard
This screen reads "Your property at a glance." Its subtitle is "LeaseOps team, application trends, and unit-level stats." It covers the one property you opened.

Your LeaseOps Team
The left card lists the LeaseOps people who support your portfolio. Each shows their role, name, email, and phone. Select Message to chat with one.
Applications Over Time
The right card shows a line chart. It plots this property's applications by month, as a share of the total. The header shows the total count.
Your numbers
Five cards show this property's totals.
