Resident Benefits

Resident Benefits is the master list of benefits owners can switch on for their listings. Set them here so every owner picks from the same set.

Add or edit a benefit

Add a benefit and set:

• Description — what the benefit is.
• Icon (MDI name) — the icon shown on the listing.
• Link (URL) — a link with more detail, if there is one.

Use Actions on a row to edit or remove a benefit.

Owners choose from these benefits on their side. See the owner view in Portfolio Settings.
