Applicants
This is where you track everyone applying across the platform. The work is split into lists, so you can focus on one type at a time.

The lists

| Applicants | Everyone applying — "Manage and view all applicants" |
| Questionnaires | Submitted pre-qualification questionnaires |
| Submitted Applications | Completed applications |
| Guest Card Applications | Guest card entries |
| Withdrawn Applications | Applications that were pulled |
| Contact Us Requests | Questions sent through the contact form |
Work a list
Each list works the same way:
- Search to find a person fast.
- Filter by status where the list offers it.
- Select Export to download the list (where available).
Open one applicant
Select a row to open the applicant. From there you can see their questionnaire and their application in full.
The Withdrawn list shows the applicant, email, property, and the date they withdrew.
