# Payments

Payments is your record of everything you paid through LeaseOps, with a receipt for each one. Use it to check a charge or confirm a payment went through.

## Read your payments

Your payments sit in a table. Each row is one payment.

| Column | Shows |
|--------|-------|
| Date | When you paid |
| Property | The home the payment relates to |
| Description | What the payment was for |
| Amount | How much you paid |
| Status | Whether the payment went through |

To find one payment fast, type in the search box.

## Open a receipt

Select a row to see its **Transaction Details**, including confirmation that the payment was successful.

## Nothing here yet?

Before you pay anything, the screen reads **"No Transactions Found."** Your first payment is usually the [Background Check](/books/renter-portal/page/background-check) fee.
