Messages

Messages is where you talk with the LeaseOps team about your applications. Each conversation is a thread, so replies stay together in one place.

Find a conversation
Your threads sit in a list, grouped so the important ones surface first:
Unread — threads with new replies.
This week — recent threads.
Open threads — everything else still open.
To find one thread, search by name, unit, or message text.
A brand-new inbox reads "No conversations yet."
Read and reply
Select a thread to open it.
Type your reply in the box at the bottom.
To send a file, select Attach file.
Select Send.
An empty thread reads "No messages yet. Start the conversation."
