Marketplace

The Marketplace is where you find a home. Browse the available properties, open the one you like, and start your application.

Find a property

Type in the Search Properties box to filter the list by name. If nothing matches, the list reads "No Properties Found."

Open a property

Each property shows a card with its photo, name, and address.

• Select the card to expand it and see its Available Units.
• Select View Property Site to open the full public listing.

Apply

When you are ready, select Apply on the property.

If you already started an application there, the buttons change so you can carry on:

• Continue Application — pick up where you left off.
• Apply For A Different Unit — apply for another unit in the same property.
• Withdraw Application — cancel your application for that property.

A property you already applied to shows an "applied" badge, so you can tell at a glance.
