# Documents

Documents keeps your applications and files in one place, grouped by property. Use it to open a questionnaire, view an application, or jump to your screening.

## Find your files

Your items are grouped by **property**. Each property shows the work tied to it.

From a property you can:

- **View** — open the questionnaire or application.
- **Go To Background Check** — open your screening for that property.

## Nothing here yet?

Before you apply anywhere, the screen reads **"No Documents Found."** Start in the [Marketplace](/books/renter-portal/page/marketplace) to find a home and apply.
