# Applicants

This is where you track everyone applying across the platform. The work is split into lists, so you can focus on one type at a time.

## The lists

| List | Holds |
|------|-------|
| Applicants | Everyone applying — "Manage and view all applicants" |
| Questionnaires | Submitted pre-qualification questionnaires |
| Submitted Applications | Completed applications |
| Guest Card Applications | Guest card entries |
| Withdrawn Applications | Applications that were pulled |
| Contact Us Requests | Questions sent through the contact form |

## Work a list

Each list works the same way:

- **Search** to find a person fast.
- Filter by **status** where the list offers it.
- Select **Export** to download the list (where available).

## Open one applicant

Select a row to open the applicant. From there you can see their **questionnaire** and their **application** in full.

The **Withdrawn** list shows the applicant, email, property, and the date they withdrew.
